Please note we are unable to compensate for any breakages or damage to goods that 1st Move have not packed.
Any goods packed by you, the owner, are covered for LOSS and THEFT only. Not breakage or damage.

Personal Effects Excess

Please also note that there is an excess of £ 200.00 for each and every claim, if the amount you are claiming is 
less than this then this insurance will not  recompense for any loss or damage.

Vehicle Excess

1.        INCLUDING scratching, denting, bruising and claims for repainting – Deductible £250 each and every loss unless
           caused by a peril covered by the Institute Cargo Clauses (C) or Institute War and Strikes perils
2.        EXCLUDING scratching, denting, bruising and claims for repainting – Deductible £100 each and every loss unless
           caused by a peril covered by the Institute Cargo Clauses (C) or Institute War and Strikes perils

VEHICLES EXCEEDING 5 YEARS OF AGE SHALL BE SUBJECT TO CONDITION (2) ABOVE – EXCLUDING
SCRATCHING ETC. VEHICLES NOT EXCEEDING 5 YEARS OF AGE SHALL BE SUBJECT TO CONDITION (1) ABOVE.

Boat Excess

Please be advised there is a policy deductible of 0.50% of the value of each whole shipment (minimum  £100).

This insurance can only pay on items you have valued and declared on the application you submitted to 1st Move.

I / We believe that the information we have given above is true and correct and I / We have not withheld any material
facts or information which may directly or indirectly affect acceptance of this claim.
