Packed, measured and photographed before shipping.
These are genuine 1st Move customer shipments, photographed after packing and palletisation and before container loading.
For shared-container moves, the final packed volume directly affects what you pay. We measure the finished shipment accurately in cubic metres (cbm) and photograph it with its measurements clearly recorded - giving customers visible evidence of both how their belongings were packed and the actual volume they are being charged for.
We are the only international removals company to provide this photographic proof of the finished, measured shipment.

Thai customs differentiate between personal effects and household effects.
Personal effects are deemed as the owners’ personal belongings like books, clothes, shoes and other personal items.
Household effects are items like furniture, white goods, televisions, radios, electrical appliances and furniture items.
Providing these items are used or second hand they can be imported free of duties or taxes provided they have been owned, possessed, and used in the country where the importers resided before moving to Thailand. You are only permitted to import one item each of electrical appliances like fridges, televisions, microwaves etc. If you import more than one item, you will be charged the going rate for duties and taxes which can be up to 30% of the value of goods.
It is important that the used or second-hand household effects must be imported not earlier than one month before or not later than six months after your arrival in Thailand.
